Take notice that on 2 December 2008, an application for putting SENSATION YACHTS LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 13 February 2009 at 12.15pm.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
