Take notice that on 11 December 2008, an application
for putting COMMERCIAL VEHICLE BROKERS LIMITED (“defendant company”) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Tuesday, 24 February 2009 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Fleet Holding (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Russell McVeagh, Level 30, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland.
The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the offices of the plaintiff’s solicitor.
