This document notifies you that:
1. On 29 July 2009, an application for putting ROCHESTER HOMES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 7 September 2009 at 10.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
