Take notice that on 24 November 2008, an application for putting PAYLESS BUILDERS & HOMES LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 18 February 2009 at 12.15pm.

that day.
