This document notifies you that:
1. On 6 August 2009, an application for putting UNIQUE MEDIA GROUP LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, 21 September 2009 at 10.30am.
