This document notifies you that:
1. On 4 August 2009, an application for putting SPECTRUM PROPERTIES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. The application is to be heard by the High Court
at Christchurch on Monday, 21 September 2009 at 10.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Bank of New Zealand, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level 17, State Insurance Tower, 1 Willis Street, Wellington 6011 (Attention: Justin Toebes). Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address or may be:
