This document notifies you that:
1. On 2 June 2009, an application for putting MORNING STAR (ST LUKES GARDEN APARTMENTS) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 14 August 2009 at 10.45am.
