Take notice that on 10 December 2008, an application for putting EUROVAC NZ LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Napier.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Napier on Thursday, 12 February 2009 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
