This document notifies you that:
1. On 9 July 2009, an application for putting HEARD PARK CONSULTANCY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 21 August 2009 at 10.45am.
