This document notifies you that:
1. On 1 July 2009, an application for putting ABBEY ROAD DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 10 August 2009 at 10.30am.
