Take notice that on 26 August 2008, an application for putting THE STING SAFETY CENTRE LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 5 February 2009 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Commercial Factors Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Ellis Law, Level 6,
43 High Street, Auckland.
