This document notifies you that:
1. On 7 July 2009, an application for putting ENVI HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, 17 August 2009 at 10.45am.
