Take notice that on 10 October 2008, an application for putting CARROSS HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on 2 February 2009 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Shell New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Buchanan Gray, Lawyers, 5th Floor, Zephyr House, 82 Willis Street, Wellington.
