This document notifies you that:
1. On 26 June 2009, an application for putting TOTARA INVESTMENTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 5 August 2009 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiffs are Fickling Limited, Kinu Limited, Parrish Limited, Ricfin Limited and Otitori Investments Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Lowndes Jordan, Solicitors, Level 22, The ANZ Centre, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland.
