Take notice that on 26 November 2008, an application to
put ROOM OUTSIDE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on 2 February 2009 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
