This document notifies you that:
1. On 22 June 2009, an application for putting
SH LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 5 August 2009 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Becton Investment Management Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Jones Young, Level 14, ASB Bank Building, Auckland. Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 189, Shortland Street, Auckland 1140; or
(b) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile on (09) 367 8799.
4. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
