Take notice that on 18 November 2008, an application
for putting NEXA NEW ZEALAND LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 4 February 2009 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Compuvest Corporation, whose address for service is the offices of Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, Level 20, Lumley Centre, 88 Shortland Street (PO Box 3798 or DX CP 24061), Auckland.
