Take notice that on 4 December 2008, an application
for putting GRASTIN INVESTMENTS LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 30 January 2009 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is National Aluminium Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Hesketh Henry, Lawyers, Level 11, 41 Shortland Street (Private Bag 92093 or DX CP 24017), Auckland.
