This document notifies you that:
1. On 15 June 2009, an application for putting TABLETOP LIMITED (formerly INKWORKS RICCARTON LIMITED) into liquidation was filed
in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to
be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 31 July 2009 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Inkery Liquor Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of GCA Lawyers, Level 6, Forsyth Barr House, corner of Colombo and Armagh Streets, Christchurch. Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
