Take notice that on 28 November 2008, an application for putting HEARTLAND DEVELOPMENTS WANAKA LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed
in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on 2 February 2009 at 10.45am.

that day.
