This document notifies you that:
1. On 21 May 2009, an application for putting BYRON CARRIERS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in
the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 1 July 2009 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is IDP (Mainland) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of Jackson Valentine Limited, Level 3, 258 Stuart Street, Dunedin, and whose address for service is at the offices of Gallaway Cook Allan, Lawyers, corner of High and Princes Streets, Dunedin 9016.
