This document notifies you that:
1. On 3 June 2009, an application for putting OASIS PROPERTIES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 17 July 2009 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Canterbury Building Society, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level 13, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch (Attention: Natalie Peters). Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at
that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 322, Christchurch; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX WP 20307, Christchurch.
