This document notifies you that:
1. On 7 November 2008, an application for putting VIRTUAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROFESSIONALS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday, 24 June 2009 at 12.15pm.
