Take notice that on 11 December 2008, an application for putting GIBBSTON DOWNS WINES LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on 16 February 2009 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Havenleigh Global Services Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Gascoigne Wicks, Solicitors, 79 High Street, Blenheim 7201.
