Take notice that on 26 November 2008, an application for putting TYCOONS LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 20 February 2009 at 12.15pm.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Southern Cross Building Society, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay,
Level 17, State Insurance Tower, 1 Willis Street, Wellington (Attention: Justin Toebes).
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 2694, Wellington; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX SP 20201, Wellington.
