This document notifies you that:
1. On 31 January 2007, an application for putting
putting CONSULTANT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED (in receivership), BIG SKY DAIRY FARMS LIMITED (in receivership), CASCADE CAPITAL LIMITED (in receivership), MAIN
FARM LIMITED (in receivership) and TERCIO DAIRY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 7 May 2009 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant companies, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
