This document notifies you that:
1. On 7 April 2009, an application for putting DAWSON REED (1990) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 2 June 2009 at 10.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Vulcan Steel Limited, whose address
