This document notifies you that:
1. On 12 March 2009, an application for putting TAWI HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in
the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday,
29 April 2009 at 12.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiffs are Peter John Lyons and Susan Maree Lyons, whose address for service is at the offices of Morgan Coakle, Solicitors, Level 12, Gosling Chapman Tower, 51–53 Shortland Street, Auckland.
