Take notice that on 30 October 2008, an application for putting MEDIA PRINTERS LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 30 January 2009 at 11.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is The Beacon Printing & Publishing Company Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Whitlock & Co., c/o Level 2, Baycorp House,
15 Hopetoun Street, Auckland.
