Take notice that on 22 August 2008, an application for putting D & F CONTRACTING LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday, 28 January 2009 at 10.45am.

that day.
