Take notice that on 25 November 2008, an application for putting W F WATERFRESH ENGINEERING LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 5 February 2009 at 12.15pm.

that date.
