This document notifies you that:
1. On 19 February 2009, an application for putting REMARKABLE ESTATES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Invercargill on Wednesday, 8 April 2009 at 10.00am.
