This document notifies you that:
1. On 3 December 2008, an application for putting TANGLO BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on Monday, 16 March 2009 at 10.00am.
