This document notifies you that:
1. On 3 November 2008, an application for putting
M W JAMES CHARITABLE TRUST into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on Friday, 13 March 2009 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant trust, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is M W James Charitable Trust, whose address for service is at Solomons Solicitors, 2nd Level, Burns House, 10 George Street, Dunedin. Documents may be left at that address or may be:
