This document notifies you that:
1. On 11 February 2009, an application for putting CASH HANDLING SYSTEMS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Tuesday, 10 March 2009 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Mark Alan Oliver, whose address for service is care of Gregory Bernard Horton, Harmos Horton Lusk, Level 37, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010. Documents for service on
the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
