This document notifies you that:
1. On 9 September 2008, an application for putting SPECIALIST PROPERTY GROUP LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 27 February 2009 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiffs are Sharron Bunton and Edwin Bunton, whose address for service is at the offices of Whitlock
