Take notice that on 27 November 2008, an application for putting ZENITH KITCHEN & JOINERY LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 20 February 2009 at 12.15pm.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Beauty Craft Surfaces Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Graham Brown
& Co Limited, Chartered Accountants, 45–49 Tirau Street, Putaruru.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor, Buddle Findlay, at PO Box 1433, Auckland (Attention: Natalya King); or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX CP 24024, Auckland.
