Pursuant to Regulation 11(1)(c) of the Electricity (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2005 ("Regulations"), the Electricity Commission ("Commission") gives the following notice.

1. Title This notice is the Notice of Reconciled Annual Levy Rates for the Financial Year Ended 30 June 2009.
2. Reconciled annual levy rates (1) The Commission has calculated the reconciled annual levy rates for the financial year ended 30 June 2009 in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Regulations, as follows:
