Pursuant to section 161(3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, notification is given of the making of the Land Transport (Road User) Amendment Rule (No. 2) 2009 (Rule 61001/5).

The Land Transport (Road User) Amendment Rule (No. 2) 2009 comes into force on 11 December 2009.
The Rule is available for inspection free of charge at the National Office of the New Zealand Transport Agency, PSIS House, 20 Ballance Street, Wellington.
