Act 1990, notice is hereby given that the Minister of Transport signed the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules on 2 November 2009 which will come into force
on 3 December 2009:

Part 21 – Certification of Products and Parts, Amendment 8 (CAA Docket 5/CAR/2)
Part 43 – General Maintenance Rules, Amendment 7 (CAA Docket 5/CAR/2)
Part 47 – Aircraft Registration and Marking, Amendment 3 (CAA Docket 5/CAR/2)
Part 66 – Aircraft Maintenance Personnel Licensing, Amendment 3 (CAA Docket 5/CAR/2)
Part 91 – General Operating and Flight Rules, Amendment 20 (CAA Docket 5/CAR/2)
