By resolution of the Auckland Regional Council at its meeting held on 29 June 2009 and pursuant to section 24
of the Local Government (Auckland) Amendment Act 2004, the Council appointed
Peter Vernon Hubscher
as director of Auckland Regional Holdings for a term from
1 July 2009 to 31 October 2010.
