By resolution of the Auckland Regional Transport Authority Appointments Panel at its meeting held on 10 June 2009, and pursuant to section 13 of the Local Government (Auckland) Amendment Act 2004, the panel appointed

Mike Williams
to be directors of the Auckland Regional Transport Authority; and
Adrienne Young-Cooper
to be a director and the deputy chair of the Auckland Regional Transport Authority; and
Rabin Rabindran
to be a director and the chair of the Auckland Regional Transport Authority.
These appointments are for a term commencing 1 July 2009 until 31 October 2010.
