Pursuant to section 79 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Risk Management Authority gives notice that it intends to apply for approval of the Code of Practice In-Situ Filling of LPG Cylinders.
This code has been developed by the LPG Association of New Zealand and sets out a means of compliance with the requirements of Regulation 62 of the Hazardous Substances (Compressed Gases) Regulations 2004 in respect of the filling of cylinders.
