Pursuant to section 88(1) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, it is notified that NZ Transport Agency, by resolution dated the 29th day of May 2009, hereby declares the part of State Highway 25 described in the Schedule hereto, and as more particularly shown on Plan LA 82/32/1 and accompanying Schedules held in the office of the Manager, State Highways, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
Schedule
The section of State Highway 25 commencing at the
eastern abutment of the Kuaotunu Bridge (Route Position 113/0.05), and generally proceeding in a south-east
direction to Centennial Drive (Route Position 11.57); a distance of 18 kilometres.
