Department of Conservation Wellington Conservancy Fire Safety Margin Removal Notice 2009

Pursuant to section 14(5) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.
Notice
1. (1) This notice is the Department of Conservation Wellington Conservancy Fire Safety Margin Removal Notice 2009.
(2) This notice will come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. All that land forming the fire safety margin set out in the Schedule to this notice is hereby excluded from the fire safety margin.
