Pursuant to section 4(4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes
the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Chaneys Rural Fire District Abolition Notice, May 2009.
(2) This notice will come into force 28 days after publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Abolition of the Chaneys Rural Fire District-The Chaneys Rural Fire District is hereby abolished.
3. Revocation of Rural Fire District Notice-The Chaneys Rural Fire District Notice* is hereby revoked.
