Pursuant to section 4(4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes
the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Bottle Lake Rural Fire District Abolition Notice, May 2009.
(2) This notice will come into force 28 days after publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Abolition of the Bottle Lake Rural Fire District-The Bottle Lake Rural Fire District is hereby abolished.
3. Revocation of Rural Fire District Notice-The Bottle Lake Rural Fire District Notice* is hereby revoked.
