The Environmental Risk Management Authority (ERMA New Zealand) is considering implementing changes to its current Fees and Charges Schedule.
Notice of the proposed changes is given pursuant to section 21 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996.
The proposals include a mixture of increases and reductions in fees.
Your feedback is important and the proposed fee changes will not be determined until all submissions are considered.
Submissions open on Thursday, 16 April 2009 and close on Thursday, 28 May 2009.
Any changes would take effect on 1 July 2009.
