On 11 December 2008, the Commerce Commission
("Commission") issued a standard terms determination, under section 30M of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), in respect of the specified service co-location
on cellular mobile transmission sites ("Decision 661").
On 30 March 2009, the Commission clarified, under section 58(1) of the Act, Decision 661.
Pursuant to section 58(2) of the Act, the Commission gives public notice that it has clarified, under section 58(1) of the Act, Decision 661.
