1. Title—This notice is the Notice of Reconciled Annual Levy Rates for the Financial Year Ended 30 June 2008.
2. Reconciled Annual Levy Rates—(1) The Commission has calculated the reconciled annual levy rates for the financial year ended 30 June 2008, in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Regulations, as follows:
